Group classes aren’t always the best fit for every dog, so we want to make sure you get the most out of your training time with us!If you and your dog aren’t a good fit for class, we’ll get you on the calendar for private lessons!Īside from Reactive Dog Bootcamp, group classes are only appropriate for friendly dogs who are not afraid of or aggressive towards dogs and people. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of the first class will result in a forefeit of payment.Group classes begin with you filling out an application to join classes. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your Reactive Rover class between 30 days before and 72 hours before the first class, there will be a 50% cancellation fee. As such, you will be billed for class one month before the class start date. Late cancellations waste valuable time that could be spent helping another client and dog. Clients might wait a long time to get into class.
